WE ARE CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR CERTIFIED LINE MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN TO JOIN THALES OMAN INFLIGHT ENTERTAINMENT TEAM IN MUSCAT, OMAN.


JOB OBJECTIVE

To carry out line maintenance activities on OMAN AIR equipped Aircraft related to Thales IFE and connectivity on ERJ, B737, A330 & B787, inspect work performed and sign-off IFE log book.

Key Responsibilities:

· Carry out routine maintenance checks as per Thales MPD on OMAN AIR Thales IFEC equipped.

· Defect Rectification.

· Daily reports on SERVO & AMOS

· Content and Software Loading

· LRUs removal/ Installation

· Wiring check

· Functional Check

· T/Shooting

· Liaise with customer and internally on technical matters

- Pre -load LRUs on beach loader for SW + Content

Qualification

· Diploma in Electronic/Avionics/Electrical or IT
· Basic valid Avionics License(ICAO)

Work Experience and requirements

· Minimum 3 years experience in Airline Avionics of IFE at Line/Base Maintenance

· Familiar in using aircraft documentation ( AMM, ASM, AWM, IPC etc )

Skills and Experience:

· Fluent in English(Speaking, reading and writing)
· Computer Knowledge (Excel, PowerPoint, words, databases)
· Linux basic knowledge
· Valid driving license
· Communication skills (written and oral)
