Bid Writer
Thales Cyber and Consulting
Flexitime/Full time

Your role:
To provide Bid Proposal writing Capability for all Thales Cyber & Consulting bids, working with the Bid and Proposal Manager, Business Winning Lead, Business Delivery Leads and other Capability Leads to successfully develop winning proposals for all external opportunities in order to grow our business through the development and delivery of winning bid submissions.

Your responsibilities:
Bid Writing Expertise
Managing the proposal through the review cycles
Co-ordinating a wide variety of proposal inputs
Contribute to the single repository of Bid Material to be used for Bids and Framework
Provide bid writing coaching to other members of bid team (i.e. Shipley Principles etc) in order to help develop their skill set where necessary.

Your experience
Experience of, and a proven track record for, delivery in a technical, complex bid and proposal environment
Proven Bid writing experience
Ability to present ideas for improvements in a team environment
Ability to influence and network, with good communication skills developed within global organisations
Broad commercial and financial awareness
Excellent stakeholder management experience
Shipley trained and qualified (or equivalent)
