We are currently looking for a Program Control Administrator to join the Thales IFEC team in Irvine, California.

The Program Control Administrator assists in the development and execution of project plans involving airline customers & aircraft manufactures. Coordinates, monitors and reports on Bill of Materials (BOM) delivery status; monitors project milestones and assists the Program Manager in coordinating project activities with Management, airline customers, aircraft manufactures and other IFE&C entities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and control all program related documentation, in accordance with established procedures.

2. Receive, assess, and distribute correspondence to appropriate parties, ensuring that all parties' intellectual property rights are protected.

3. Assist in the development and stabilization of the BOM from the Initial Technical Coordination Meeting (ITCM) through the design cycle.

4. Ensure the Demand Database and MAP are updated to reflect the planned shipments for revenue recognition.

5. Ensure BOM Demand is loaded (via POs or IPOs) accurately, and in a timely manner per established lead-times, and coordinate requests through the Program Change Board.

6. Support customer satisfaction & revenue objectives by processing POs and carrying out requirements in compliance with contract and schedule constraints. Ensure PO discrepancies are documented and acted upon in a timely manner.

7. Working with Supply Chain and Operations, ensure that all BOM requirements are driving correctly in M2K on an on-going basis.

8. Coordinate and monitor the release of drawings and technical documentation necessary to meet BOM deliverables. Identify potential schedule risks to the Program Manager.

9. Work with Supply Chain to ensure delivery spreadsheet contains correct customer required Thales commit dates, and all relevant shipping information. Provide customer with various reports, including the delivery spreadsheet according to agreed upon frequency.

10. Support communication between customers, program management, OEMs and/or suppliers for recovery of late deliverables.

11. Work with program management, engineering and/or operations to identify and mitigate risks.

Skills and Experience:

· Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university; two-to-four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

· PMI CapM or PMP certification is a plus.
