Junior Translation Project Manager (Paid Internship)

Job description

Textappeal is a cross-cultural marketing consultancy and transcreation agency for global brands.
We are a team of highly motivated multilingual people united by their passion for culture, language and advertising.
Ideal for an enthusiastic graduate with some internship experience.
Starting date: early August.
Salary: 18k

Key responsibilities include:
• Various support including project coordination with our worldwide network of copywriters, writers, editors and strategists as well as quality check
• Expanding our worldwide network of copywriters, writers, editors and strategists

Essential skills required
• Transcreation or linguistic education background
• Interest and understanding of fashion industry (any level of previous experience (internship even) in fashion and retail is great)
• Copywriting skills (fashion blogging could be ideal)
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

Desired skills:
• organisational/project management skills – we are handling quite an intense requests flow from the client so the person will need to be good in keeping things under control in a very dynamic project environment.
• Passion for language, culture and advertising
• Understanding of different cultures
• Team worker
• Native speaker of any of these languages: Czech, Latvian, Turkish, Romanian, Polish or Dutch.

Desired profile

University degree in language, translation or transcreation.
