Description

The Sr. Incentive Compensation Analyst will play a key part in the design, delivery and administration of Tesla’s global sales compensation programs. You must have the ability to juggle multiple tasks, handle sensitive information, make sound business decisions, be detail oriented, and deliver results on a company-wide scale.

Responsibilities

·  Partner with finance and sales leadership on designing sales compensation plans.
·  Manage the sales compensation calculation and payout process globally.
·  Create plan documents and communicate sales compensation plan details to employees.
·  Conduct analyses for use in design of sales compensation plans.
·  Maintain policies, procedures and controls for sales compensation plans.
·  Provide ad-hoc sales compensation analysis and modeling.
·  Provide day-to-day support for global sales compensation.
·  Create communication and training material.
·  Establish and maintaining strong relationships with sales leadership.
·  Commit to getting the job done no matter what it takes.

Desired profile

Requirements

·  3-5 years of sales compensation experience.
·  Bachelor’s degree required or the equivalent in experience. Business administration, finance, economics, or other quantitative focus preferred.
·  Experience managing Xactly’s sales incentive platform.
·  Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Deep interest in analyzing data and the ability to see beyond the numbers to drive sound decision-making.
·  Possess high level of integrity. Be widely trusted, direct and truthful, with the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships and gain confidence.
·  Solutions and client service-oriented, with an emphasis on problem solving.
·  Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands.
·  Ability to work in a team environment with a high sense of urgency.
·  Exceptional written and verbal communications skills as well as strong interpersonal skills.
