Role

New Production Introduction (NPI) Change Control Analyst – Global Service Operations

We have an opportunity for a Change Control Analyst within our NPI Global Service Operations team. A successful candidate will have strong Industrial Engineering acumen and problem solving skills, experience reviewing Engineering design changes, implementing manufacturing and service processes and executing complex NPI projects. This individual will work closely with Design Engineering, Service Engineering, Production, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams acting as a lead in ensuring the readiness for vehicle part changes and new vehicle introductions.

Responsibilities

·  Review and approve all Engineering Change Orders (ECOs)
·  Lead technical efforts to develop processes to ensure the successful implementation of vehicle repair part changes
·  Maintain Service BOM
·  Coordinate testing and trials for new part validation
·  Perform cost analysis and develop cost analysis processes to support efforts to minimize the cost impact for new part introduction

Desired profile

Requirements

·  Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering or similar
·  Experience in fast paced manufacturing environment and developing processes with a focus on efficiency
·  Project Management experience balancing time across several projects and cross-functional technical and operational teams
·  Experience working with complex Bill of Materials and analyzing Engineering design changes
·  Automotive industry experience related to design, manufacturing, and vehicle repair
·  Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel
·  Enovia or other PLM system experience
·  CAD experience (CATIA preferred)
·  Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite
·  Open-minded self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, technical environment, and to work independently on multiple tasks and projects, adapt, improvise and problem solve
