Well now is your chance because Tesla is looking to hire Service Assistant of all levels to join our Service team in Trondheim as we continue to expand our Electric Vehicle offering.

Tesla is seeking someone with professional customer service experience and excellent oral and written communication skills, in addition to a passion for cars and customer delivery. The role will entail supporting technicians, parts and front of house staff as well as customer delivery. We need an individual who is reliable, possesses a passionate level of attention to detail, and who takes satisfaction in doing a great job!

Responsibilities

·  Increasing general productivity for the service centre by supporting technicians, Parts operations and front of house staff
·  Test driving customer vehicles
·  Supporting Service Technicians preform their daily tasks faster
·  Deliver vehicles between production, service and sales operations
·  Vehicle cleaning (wash, wax, buff and detail vehicles)
·  Detail and vacuum interior
·  Parts runner - expedite parts requirements as directed from Parts Operations
·  Clean shop and Parts operations
·  Truck and trailer service and maintenance
·  Miscellaneous jobs as required

Requirements

·  Valid driver’s licence, clean driving record and insurable
·  Waxing, buffing, and wet sanding experience preferred
·  Ability to drive a truck and trailer to tow vehicles
·  Great work ethic and team player
·  Ability to lift 25kg.
·  Clear Guard installation experience (a plus)
·  Wheel repair experience (a plus)
·  Window tinting experience (a plus)
·  Dent repair experience (a plus)
