Responsibilities
· Effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload, and meet deadlines
· Ensure appointment preparedness
· Work closely with Assistant Service Manager to ensure Tesla Fleet is customer ready
· Communicate estimated completion time, regular updates and follow through on each customer vehicle
· Coordinate the delivery time or pick up (Reunion) with each customer
· Determine if technical solutions can be resolved over the phone; escalate immediately to Shop Foreman/Service Manager to provide urgent attention
· Accurately record issues and data in Dealer Management System. Attention to detail critical.
· Available to work on administrative activities and other management requests.

· Intermediate knowledge of methods, techniques, parts, tools and materials used in the maintenance and repair of vehicles
· Professional personal appearance.
· Willingness to learn new and innovative automotive technologies
· Exceptional capacity for managing simultaneous activities, maintaining an organized workload to meet deadlines
· Work in a team-based environment and achieve common goal
· Must have two years of driving experience with a valid driver’s license and an acceptable and safe driving record
· Proven ability to work and communicate effectively with her/his team and peers across the organization.
· Established ability to be self-directed and work independently, with strong organization and documentation skills
· Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as the ability to follow instructions required
· High School diploma or equivalent
· Knowledge of Proprietary System(s), Outlook, and MS Office
· Associate Degree or certificate in Automotive Technology, preferred equivalent
· Retail automotive service experience, preferred
