The Role:
Tesla Remarketing is the bridge to our vehicles for many of our current and future owners. As a Remarketing Operations Coordinator, you will see our customers through the entire ownership transfer process from a behind-the-scenes perspective.
We live to be the experts of the trade-in process across the country and we’re looking for an incredibly organized, focused teammate with a “Can Do” attitude.
Responsibilities:
· Accurately process incoming ownership transfer documents (titles, odometer disclosures, lien payoffs, etc.)
· Reassign titles from all 50 states varying in complexity
· Identify and resolve issues specific to titles: odometer discrepancies, state specific power of attorney, etc.
· Work closely with our DMV Compliance Team on state-specific requirements
· Match sold titles with record of sale, send titles to purchasers, and maintain an organized file system
· Work closely with regional management and store level team members to ensure correct trade/ownership documents were accurately executed and completed
· Identify root causes of issues and drive systemic resolution
· Maintains a professional and calm manner when negotiating with difficult customers/banks/DMV offices
· Performs other administrative duties as assigned or requested to maintain optimum service levels
· Ability to read and maneuver through reports and dashboards in Salesforce
Desired profile
Requirements
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and minimum of one year office/related experience
Requires strong skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook
Previous experience working with vehicle titles is a plus
Notary Designation is highly preferred
