The Role

In the near future, Tesla Motors is looking to hire an experienced Recruitment Coordinator, EMEA to join a rapidly expanding team, focusing on the support of the Pan European function. The company has aggressive growth plans and this is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in helping the company increase its high calibre team both in the UK and across continental Europe. Areas supported will include Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations and Technical staff. The standard of employee at Tesla Motors is extremely high and we have a powerful commitment to recruitment. The Recruitment Coordinator will play a vital role in ensuring that standard is maintained.

Responsibilities

·  Work with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to coordinate telephone and face to face interviews.
·  Track recruitment and keep appropriate records of activity on the candidate tracking system.
·  Place advertisements using online media and assist in managing the response.
·  Communicate with third parties when and where relevant.
·  Ability to work on any other ad-hoch duties as and when required

Requirements

·  Previous experience within a simmilar role or any other administrative function.
·  Able to operate effectively in and comfortable working in a very fast moving, developing and constantly changing company.
·  Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken and able to quickly develop strong, strategic and positive working relationships across all levels and functions.
·  Self-starting, with an organized and focused approach.
·  Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
·  Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
·  Excellent written and spoken English required. Any other European languages would be beneficial (Dutch, Norwegian, Danish, French, German or Italian)

This position will report into the Manager, EMEA Recruiting.
