The Role

Our recruiting organization is global and includes highly collaborative teams of recruiters, sourcers, coordinators, recruiting operations professionals and other specialist groups. * This role will start in San Mateo, CA then relocate to Fremont, CA in May 2018
Responsibilities

Partner with business leaders, hiring managers, and sourcing, to assess talent requirements and advise on the best hiring strategies
·
Identify and assess a diverse candidate pool; manage candidates through the end to end recruiting process; provide regular updates to hiring managers and business leaders; partner with compensation, HR and hiring managers to create compelling offers; partner with relocation and immigration teams where required; provide a seamless handover to HR operations for onboarding

Utilize multiple tools and approaches to identify the best candidates, including our ATS and third-party products e.g. LinkedIn, CareerBuilder, Indeed
·
Develop a pipeline of qualified candidates to plan for future hiring needs
·
Conduct thorough behavioral based interviews and phone screens to assess both a technical baseline as well as the ability to be successful in the Tesla environment
·
Track candidate progress in our ATS and provide regular reporting to hiring managers and leaders
·
Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidates
·
Develop strong working relationships and rapport with business leaders, hiring managers, and HR partners
·
Maintain an expert level understanding of all recruiting processes in an environment that frequently changes
·
Focus on providing a positive candidate experience at every opportunity
Desired profile
Requirements
·
2+ years recruiting experience in a corporate and/or agency environment
·
Minimum BS/BA or equivalent in business or related field is required
·
Working knowledge of relevant employment legislation and employment market trends
·
Working knowledge of common visa categories and their application (TN, H1-B, E3 etc.) is plus
·
Experience working with Taleo and Workday is preferred
·
Experience working with multiple stakeholders and managing relationships
·
Strong ability to track and manage data and workflow
·
Ability to stay organized while managing a high volume requisition load
·
Evidence of exceptional ability
·
Proficient using MS Office; Word, Excel, Outlook
·
Reliable transportation
