The Role

The Order Operations Specialist is a member of the Global Order Operations team, and participates in order management, payments and compliance. This is a back end operations role and is not customer facing.

Responsibilities

·  Performs daily processing of all operational aspects of vehicle orders, including but not limited to payments and refunds
·  Responds to order-related information requests from Sales, Delivery, Service and other departments throughout the organization
·  Records information and ensures quality of data in CRM and other internal systems that support sales, production and financial management
·  Investigates system discrepancies quickly and finalizes solutions
·  Coordinates with Finance and IT to ensure orders and payments are accurately captured in all downstream systems
·  Keeps up to date with regional Order Ops colleagues with similar functional specialties, to help ensure consistency of process across regions
·  Articulates specific ideas on how to further refine systems or processes
·  Participates in special projects as needed

Desired profile

Requirements

·Minimum Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years’ experience in an operationally-related role

·Superior attention to detail under tight deadlines

·Strong sense of teamwork and responsibility

·Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills

·Ability to adapt to frequent change

·Comfort working with multiple teams and colleagues from various management levels

·Proficient in spoken and written English. Fluency preferred.

·Experience with Salesforce a plus
