Kronos System Analyst I Role APAC:

·  Country specific end user support, issue resolution and training for Kronos WFC application.
·  Work closely with HRBPs and payroll teams to ensure payroll and accrual data is recorded accurately and timely.
·  Review daily interface status for Global interfaces and resolve any errors.
·  Work closely with HRIS, HR and payroll teams to review business process changes, enhancement requests.
·  Perform routine audits from Workday and Kronos for payroll close and employee data. Ensure any errors or issues are tracked and corrected timely.
·  Build payroll audit reports and processes for sign off for pay roll cycle.
·  Build queries for supervisors, payroll and HRBPS to handle routine tasks and management of timecards.
·  Build HR reports for accruals, leave balances and ensure they are being tracked accurately in compliance with country specific requirements.
·  Generate Month end/ Qtr end accrual reports for Finance and work on process improvements.
·  Work closely with managers/ supervisors to provide application support and resolve any issues, requests.
·  Work with System manager on various projects, providing global support and feedback for enhancements, new features and training requests.
·  Review and develop training materials for local entities for new releases/ enhancements
·  Work with HR teams on policy audits, change management.

Desired profile

Requirements:

·  Min. 2 years of HR/Payroll systems experience
·  Knowledge of Kronos Timekeeping system a plus
·  Technical and analytical skills
·  Ability to multi task and prioritize in a fast paced environment
·  Self-starter
·  Work with various levels of end users
·  Flexible with global time zones and project timelines under tight constraints.
