Responsibilities
· Respond to all reservation and new ownership inquiries from multiple contact channels in a timely and accurate manner.
· Work with existing Reservation holders to convert their reservation in to a production order in order to achieve expected build, shipment and delivery objectives.
· Conduct business dealings in a way that creates a superior prospect experience that represents the Tesla brand values.
· Utilize a consistent contact process to follow-up, nurture, and close leads generated by marketing campaigns.
· Achieve company aims for vehicle order levels.
· Maximize and leverage phone time, including pre-call planning, and adhere to activity metrics.
· Keep up with industry trends and best practices, including utilization of new technology and web resources.
· Participate training and work with the technical departments to understand current vehicle and production talking points.
· Adhere to the required process, correctly utilize, update and maintain the integrity of information in Tesla’s CRM systemand tools.
· Proactively work with retail store, delivery, and marketing team to ensure an outstanding customer experience
· Provide suggestions for website improvementsas well as provide feedback on marketing campaigns.
· Work on the continuous improvement of processes and procedures related with the purchase of a Tesla.
· Escalate matters that require senior management concurrence in a timely manner to line management.
· Other Responsibilities: Perform other related duties as assigned, based on the business need
Desired profile
Requirements
· Bachelor’s Degree preferred. In lieu of a degree, relevant experience in a customer-facing environment.
· Attention to quality and detail.
· Strong learning ability
· Strong team-player.
· Excellent Communication and relationship management skills, both oral and written.
· Ability to prioritize effectively and handle shifting priorities.
· Valid driver’s licenseis preferred

· 遵守公司规定的程序,正确使用公司提供的销售工具和系统,记录与客户之间的沟通并保证数据的真实有效性
· 积极和体验店销售团队,交付体验团队和市场部门沟通合作,确保极致的客户体验
· 不断提出网站改进和市场活动改进建议
· 不断改进特斯拉汽车购买的流程
· 及时向经理汇报问题
· 其他职责:根据业务发展需要,完成管理层指定的其他工作
职位要求
· 本科或同等学历,和拥有面向客户的工作经历者优先
· 关注工作质量和细节
