As HR Coordinator, you will partner closely with our HR Business Partners and the business to continue to make Tesla the best place in the world to work! This role requires passion for people, lots of ambition and drive, and a love for complex problem solving.

Responsibilities

·  Provide excellent support to the HR Business Partners and their client groups with tasks such as coordination, data entry, processing in our HRIS, and driving initiatives
·  Acts as liaison between employees and HR Business Partners to understand needs and solutions along with policy alignment as appropriate
·  Process improvement! If it can be better, make it better
·  Take initiative to research questions and interprets policies where clear-cut procedures do not exist
·  Understand our business and how your role helps it accelerate at rocket speed. Please remember to wear a seatbelt when you do this.
·  Proactively assess employee pain points, and partner with management to develop win-win solutions
·  Cross-functional work with our HR Operations team to handle day to day HR data transactions for timely submission
·  Develop and manage communications regarding organizational structure changes, employment-related news, and HR-related programs and policies

Desired profile

Requirements

·  Bachelor’s Degree and/or other evidence of exceptional ability
·  A strong interest in Human Resources
·  Experience successfully implementing programs and driving process improvements
·  Be able to run a profitable lemonade stand
·  Proven track record of positively influencing teams and their leaders
·  Have a killer personality, not the personality of a killer
·  Ability to build strong working relationships across all levels of the organization
·  Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; so everyone can understand what the heck you are trying to say
·  Proven ability to drive results in an ambiguous and ever changing environment
·  Last but not least, a burning desire to work for the coolest company on the planet and change the world!
