Role

The Operations Analyst role is centered on providing sales management and field teams with the information required to optimize vehicle deliveries, as well as provide executive management with delivery forecasts in an ever-changing environment. The role also involves support of a wide variety of intra-company organizations, in order to optimize their operations, improve delivery performance, and provide data necessary for future planning. Comfort with the use of multiple analytical tools such as Salesforce, Warp Drive (Tesla ERP), Tableau, Spatial Key, and Excel will be critical to achieve this, and a successful candidate will need extensive Excel modeling experience.

Responsibilities

·  Provide detailed reporting and forecasting for delivery management and executive decision-making.
·  Ability to work in multiple systems and blend data sources for ad hoc reporting in Excel.
·  Provide delivery field team support for delivery systems and coordinate with IT and Business Intelligence teams to ensure functionality and continuous enhancement.
·  Drive process improvements and systems projects to enhance team performance and resource utilization across the delivery organization.
·  Liaise with Sales, Manufacturing, Logistics, Service and Retail Development teams to improve inter-departmental synergy and provide occasional data/reporting support.
·  Use spatial-visualization tools to map customer locations and identify opportunities.
·  Manage data integrity on-going across multiple systems.
·  Help develop training on use of delivery systems.

Desired profile

Requirements

·  Bachelor's degree from a top university.
·  3 or more years of experience in Operations or Analytics.
·  Experience with Excel and Salesforce required, Tableau experience a plus.
·  Ability to work independently, detail-oriented, and execution focused.
·  Strong written and verbal communication skills.
·  Ability to perform in a high-pressure work environment.
·  Passionate about the changes in the personal transportation industry.
