The Role

The Tesla Delivery team is committed to providing the best customer experience from the time an order is placed through the day of delivery. Part of this commitment includes providing customers with resources which are both informative and engaging. From e-mail campaigns to orientation videos and digital brochures, the Delivery Experience Content Specialist is responsible for writing, adapting, translating, and maintaining all customer assets. As processes can change frequently within the organization, this role demands a high level of adaptability and flexibility.

Responsibilities:

·  Develop, edit and QA responsive HTML email templates
·  Design and update various marketing collateral and email templates
·  Work within Tesla’s CMS and email marketing systems
·  Partner with various teams to execute automated communications strategy

Qualifications:

·  1 – 2 years of relevant marketing and web coding experience in fast-paced environment
·  Superior HTML and CSS skills
·  Competency in Adobe Products (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Dreamweaver)
·  Experience using an enterprise CMS
·  Basic knowledge of email marketing platforms
·  Extremely detail-oriented and organized
·  A natural eye for graphic design (layout, color, style, etc.)
·  Excellent oral and written communication skills
