The Role:

As part of the Workplace team, the Culinary Project Coordinator supports the daily function of Tesla’s Food and Beverage programs. Reporting to the Sr. Culinary Project Manager, the Culinary Project Coordinator works with management to collect data and create spreadsheets to optimize inventory control systems, coordinate Culinary maintenance requests, work with vendors to ensure completion of scope, and assist with creating, scheduling, and implementing Culinary programs.

Responsibilities :

·  Field general inquires and feedback from building managers and vendors with high customer service, promptness and professionalism, escalating issues as needed
·  Create and/or edit newsletters, flyers, screen monitors, editing web/app content, and surveys
·  Write promotional and customer-service email messages, assisting with creation and distribution of culinary communications material, signage, and partnerships with vendors
·  Coordinate day-to-day operations of a growing food and beverage program, with multiple vendors
·  Execute communication campaigns to increase overall program participation
·  Serve as a point of contact for employees and vendors, responding to culinary related inquires, suggestions, and complaints in a prompt and professional manner

Desired profile

Requirements:

·  Minimum 2 years of program administration experience
·  Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
·  Experience working in a fast-paced environment with constantly changing priorities and demands
·  Excellent written and verbal communication skills
·  Highly proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
·  Ability to work evening and weekend hours as necessary
·  Demonstrated ability to take initiative and ownership of projects
·  Evidence of exceptional ability
