eCRM Data Analyst

Summary

The eCRM Data Analyst will support the eCRM Data Manager working with the data resources available to the Digital Marketing team, and work with internal and external stakeholders on data related queries.

• Support the eCRM Data Manager - GHS and Clubcard with the following:
  • Auditing the data structure and processes.
  • Acquisition and migration between databases of different data resources.
  • Investigate and resolve data issues with BAU campaigns.
  
  
  
  
• Establish strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, working on improving the data flows between different systems.
• Support and oversee the deployment of email campaigns.
• Work with and support non-technical colleagues with the provision and QA of data resources.
• Be seen as the go to person for any question on the technical aspects of our email activity.

• A positive and constructive attitude, with strong abilities of collaboration. Being able to work well with people is essential.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data concepts to a non-technical audience. Clear and effective way of presenting information in writing, in a visual form, and verbally.
• Experience in building strong and long lasting relationships with stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and autonomously finding solutions to technical problems - trouble shooting skills are essential.
• Able to work with minimal supervision, but at the same time able to coordinate and maintain clear communication with the rest of the team.

Technical skills:

• Good SQL skills (Teradata and Oracle SQL Developer are preferred).
• Good analytical and report creation skills, with experience preparing analysis and dashboards in Excel.
• Working knowledge of Unica would be an advantage (can be trained).
• Experience in building and deploying marketing campaigns would be a distinct advantage.
