Summary
Behind every campaign in Tesco, from Brand Guarantee to Valentine's Day, there is a campaign team.
The Summer/Winter Campaigns team work through insight and customer mindsets, to develop the seasonal strategy, define hero products and create marketing collateral.
Within the team you'll get a broad range of exposure; working with stakeholders across all marketing channels, insight, product development and operations, as well as our core agencies; BBH, Meidacom and Splendid.
Exciting things coming up: Summer 2016 sees the Olympics, Queen's 90th birthday and Euros. But for Tesco, the really exciting element, and key challenge is Flame Academy. We've been tasked with making this 10x better than the successful campaign last year, and to do that we need your help.

Main Responsibilities- Helping to develop customer propositions for campaigns, events and business initiatives
- Involved in end to end campaign management, from cross functional planning, bringing teams together across the business and driving the process to a successful delivery
- Being mindful of all category level events and trade driving themes/communications during the seasonal periods ensuring they ladder up into the overarching seasonal customer proposition and core campaign idea
- Responsible for the delivery of all elements of the campaign plan around these customer events, including colleague engagement, experiential and in store activation
- Highlight opportunities for the organisation to evolve/innovate the offer in order to truly deliver for customers
- Main point of contact for legal and category sign off for all ATL
- Following our business code of conduct and always acting with integrity and due diligence
- Support budget tracking and PO management

Ideal Candidate
Skills needed:
- Customer focus and insight

- Ability to facilitate cross functional relationships
- Understanding media channels and their relevance by campaign
Experience required:
- Experience of managing projects (campaign management ideal)
- Experience of working cross functionally
- Experience of analysing insight and data
