About The Job

An exciting opportunity has opened up at our Hatfield Head Office within our Footwear and Accessories Technical Team. This role would suit an enthusiastic, driven individual with a keen business sense who is keen to develop their career!

Main Responsibilities

What Will You Do?

·  Be part of a team focussed on the customer, raising the bar on garment and fabric quality
·  Support your Technical Manager to ensure we have safe, legal and responsibly sourced menswear products.
·  Develop product expertise in your area, monitor and achieving your quality KPI's
·  Collaborate with Design and Product Development Teams on innovation and wearer trials
·  Collaborate with our International sourcing Hubs and 3 rd Way Supply Chain
·  Monitor customer quality feedback and assist in implementing appropriate action
·  Follow our business code of conduct and always act with integrity and due diligence

·  Relevant product and technical experience with retail head office environment
·  Supply and stakeholder management skills
·  Strong numerical, analytical and evaluation skills
·  Understanding of retail and customer needs
·  Strong IT skills
