About The Job

As the Supplier Liasion Officer your role will be to validate supplier data to deliver a smooth new supplier induction process.

Main Responsibilities

Acting as the direct liaison for new suppliers seeking administrative support on Tesco process, compliance and maintaining complete confidentiality.
Facilitating new supplier induction through full end to end process.
I am the link between Commercial, Suppliers and Shared Services teams to ensure smooth implementation of new supplier induction process.
Collate and quality assure supplier documentation, I work collaboratively with suppliers and shared services.
Maintaining key databases linked to each supplier to ensure smooth implementation of new supplier induction process.
Seeking to improve knowledge and training needs for any queries raised and help new suppliers to understand
Tesco processes and systems.
Making sure all stake holders are aware of any internal issues.
I am the expert for new supplier induction.
