At Tesco we offer every student the opportunity to apply for a transfer to our stores with vacancies. Tesco does this to support students with flexible working arrangements that try to work around university commitments

About The Job

A student transfer allows you to continue your service with Tesco, allowing you to financially support your studies and gain vast work experience whilst studying.

Main Responsibilities

·  To apply within the deadlines for each transfer period.
·  To keep your university store and home store informed of what you're doing and when you're planning on traveling between home and university.
·  To have three choices of store chosen ready before you apply that you are willing to move to whilst at university (incl. Store Numbers).
·  To know your employee number and your current store details (incl. Store Number).
·  You must take your current Right to Work documentation with you on your first day in each new store.

Ideal Candidate

·  You must be a current student.
·  You must currently work for Tesco.
·  You can only apply for a temporary transfer, not a permanent one.
·  You must have current and valid Right To Work documentation.
