About The Job

We have an exciting opportunity for a Service Technician to join our company. The successful candidate will deliver a high quality and reliable service to their customers and colleagues, using the operating model to minimise equipment breakdown and impact on business.

Main Responsibilities

Our Service Technicians have a weekly completion target of 100% of all allocated Planned Preventative Maintenance jobs, are responsible for achieving all service level agreements for reactive tasks, and must have no outstanding reactive works orders over seven days old. All completed works must also receive a green rating from the line manager. Communicating relevant information in a timely manner and delivering great customer service also forms part of this role.

Ideal Candidate

To be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate a sound knowledge of VRV's & Package Air Handling Units. You will also have a City and guilds or equivalent in air condition and refrigeration along with FGAS 2079 cat 1 as a minimum requirement with hands on experience of large Multi deck DX coil package system / VRV's / Split systems as well as an understanding of electrical fault finding and service / maintenance of ventilation systems.

Additional requirements include:

·  Good communication skills
·  PC literacy
·  A full UK driving license

You may have experience of the following: Service Technician, Air Conditioning, Maintenance, Service Engineer, Facilities Services, Supermarket, FGAS 2079, Air Handling Units, Boosted Cold Water Systems, Planned Preventative Maintenance, VRV's, Split Systems, Maintenance Technician etc.
