About The Job

We created Online Grocery Shopping. Our customers want to be able to shop whenever and wherever they want, and with any device. From Click + Collect, to Tesco Now, we lead the way with home shopping experiences for customers.

We're always looking to improve our customer's experience we want to offer the best service on the market. Our website and apps provide our shoppers with a simple, stress-free, quick and easy shopping experience. But there's more to be done.

We want to discover interesting customer trends, and eliminate key annoyances, to continue to improve. And welcoming interns into our department is a great way for us to uncover great talent. We want to allow them to be the best, so we offer them the opportunity to work on a real project, in addition to training, helping them in the first steps in their career.

On this ten week programme, our interns gain a great understanding of the industry, and have a chance to have a real impact on the business.

Main Responsibilities

It's unique for firms to have a separate Technology and Online department - it's great because it means we can really nurture the digital end product. This programme provides the best of both worlds as you get to work with various departments and suppliers.

The beauty of our Online Internship Programme is the variety - there's opportunities which allow you to get into the detail of data, do some coding, or support the execution of our next industry leading initiative.
