We currently have multiple positions:
· Core day time hours - Including a permanent Saturday
· Monday to Friday - 2pm - 10.30pm with the occasional Saturday working.
Reporting to the Knowledge Manager, the role requires an experienced Knowledge content author who can interpret requirements from business stakeholders and translate into brilliant knowledge articles, using the Kana Enterprise Knowledge Application. Your role is to provide a high level of support to colleagues within a multi-site and multi-skilled customer engagement centre. You will have responsibility for supporting the knowledge needs of our team of 2000FTE.
Working with a true market leader this is an opportunity to administer the tools to deliver the Customer Engagement strategy taking the department to a new level of
operational excellence, so that we can provide the best service experience for our colleagues and customers.
Working at a level where there will be a requirement for stakeholder engagement throughout the business to scope requirements, drive best practice and build cross-departmental relationships to optimise the Knowledge support function.
Main Responsibilities
Reporting to the Knowledge Manager you will:
Interpret requirements from your stakeholders and translate these into brilliant knowledge articles
Write articles in the tone and brand of Tesco to ensure we're loved by customers
Recognise the importance of accurate & succinct content to ensure that your colleagues and customers can easily find the information they need, when they need it
You have the skills & knowledge required to ensure that all created content is optimised for end user search with the Kana Enterprise (KE) Knowledge Application
Review and share best practice with your team, manager and stakeholders
Effectively manage your time to ensure that you manage priorities effectively
Be proactive and forward thinking and plan your time to meet future customer and business needs
Understand and prioritise breaking business issues and translate these into content
Work with your team to ensure that knowledge is easily accessible, up-to-date and accurate
Continually develop your writing skills to ensure you remain a brand advocate
Use your knowledge and writing skills to translate complex messages into clear & simple content for all your customers

· Experience of Copywriting for Web
· Ability to create multimedia knowledge content for both colleagues & customers
· Strong collaboration skills
