About The Job

Change and communication are arguably the most critical activities on any transformation. Transformation does not and cannot happen without strong leadership, structured planning on moving from the current state to the future state and individuals adopting the changes. The global finance transformation programme is a significant transformation which will impact Finance globally and most parts of Tesco.

The Role

·  To support the Change and Communications Manager on the Global Finance Transformation Programme (GFTP), creating and delivering activities that will help colleagues across Tesco, transition to and adopt new ways of working.
·  The Change and Communications Analyst will be given leadership for specific activities such as designing a change champion programme, creating communication material and working with specific stakeholder groups.
·  This role will give the successful candidate the opportunity to work on a significant global transformation and undertake a critical role in engaging colleagues in the transformation and the change journey ahead.
·  The Change and Communications team within the GFTP is a small team giving the successful candidate significant scope to be at the heart of designing change and communication activities across the whole programme.
·  This is truly a unique opportunity to work with change and communication experts and develop skills in leading and managing change and writing compelling communications

Main Responsibilities

·  Work with the Change and Communications Manager to assess stakeholder engagement and design activities to engage stakeholders more effectively.
·  In collaboration with programme resources, define how things are changing and design activities to support colleagues in moving to the new ways of working.
·  Design and deliver activities to support finance transformation change champions, across Tesco and globally.
·  Write communication material, such as Newsletter articles, to engage colleagues in the finance transformation programme.
·  Develop a sharepoint site for use by the whole programme team and stakeholders outside of the GFTP.
·  Establish a Yammer group for keeping colleagues informed and engaged.
