Main Responsibilities

This role is creative and fast paced. This new role covers two key instore functions Visual Merchandising & Style Advisor'. We are looking for a great team player, someone full of inspiration and who also knows how to inspire others. You will train, motivate and coach your colleagues to think commercially and deliver excellent Visual Merchandising. You will know all the trends and have a great eye for presenting our products in an inspiring and commercial way.

- I ensure maximum sales are achieved through fully utilising my visual merchandising & commercial skills.
- I manage the merchandising strategy to deliver exciting and impactful displays and promotions.
- I am reactive and adaptable to changing circumstances when merchandising in store.
- I work with Head office VM team to deliver Centre of Excellence and roll out
- I understand and work with layouts and guidelines, tailoring for store
- I lead clothing mat walk throughs & understand business priorities
- I enable training and coaching to happen for colleagues, making what matters better together.
- I understand our different customer profiles and have the ability to flex my style/approach accordingly.
- I deliver class customer service and advising our customers with knowledge and confidence.

Ideal Candidate

VM knowledge across:- Womenswear/Menswear/Kids & Baby/Essentials & Footwear.
VM Coaching & Training
Store/Operational experience
Strong planning & organisational skills

Visual Merchandising
- VM Coaching/Training
- Report analysis and understanding
