Whilst getting your F&F career underway you will be primarily based in our fantastic, brand new office in Hatfield, Hertfordshire, where we have ample outdoor space, beanbags, even a mock shop so we know how ranges will look in store. Buying and Merchandising
Within Buying and Merchandise you will be working in our Ladieswear, Menswear, Footwear and Accessories, Essentials or Kids departments, and we believe in a broad base of experience, so be prepared to switch it up! As you progress in your career you may be required to travel internationally to our factories, suppliers and partners based in locations such as India, China and Turkey. Make sure your passport is in date!

Marketing
In an ever changing environment such as fashion, understanding our customers and what matters to them is key. Our marketing opportunities cover seasonal campaigns, brand management and development, visual merchandising and PR, customer insight and competitor analysis. With it we are able to create compelling promotions to fit the needs of our customers and adapt to the market trends quickly. This means that on occasion you will be working off-site. If you are creative and want to shape the future of how F&F interacts with its customers, then you should consider marketing.

Operations & Franchise
Our Operations requirements are diverse, so expect to split your time between our head office and our UK stores our most retail focused roles will spend about 90% of their time in store. Our Franchise team is mostly a support function to ensure our Global Partners are able to deliver a great experience to F&F customers worldwide. As such, there are roles in marketing, operations, business development and merchandising to support the business.

Design
In our Design team you will be directing the future of our looks, designing in house and liaising closely with suppliers. You will be working across a similar group of teams to our buyers and merchandisers over the same categories but with the chance to influence designs at every stage of the process. As a designer you will never be quite switched off from taking inspiration from things you see that s what makes it such an exciting career.

Main Responsibilities

Buying & Merchandising
Buying and Merchandising are critical to the success of F&F. Our Buying teams are responsible for developing and sourcing great product ranges, as well as making key decisions on colours, trends, and materials. The Buying teams work hand in hand with our merchandisers, marketing teams, technologists and suppliers to ensure they deliver precisely what our customers want, at a price they love.

Merchandising is crucial part of the process of the product journey and delivers the ranges to the right locations, on time and on budget. Merchandising is highly proactive and strategic area of the business; as a consequence the teams are agile in their thinking and able to respond to customers needs; making it an exciting and dynamic place to work.

Marketing
Our Marketing teams use customer insight and analysis to design campaigns that inspire our customers. Within Marketing you could take on various different roles and be involved in designing the latest advertising campaign, engaging with customers via our social media channels or creating the Visual Merchandising guides for in-store execution. We always have our finger on the pulse, responding rapidly to changing business conditions, but as a team we have one aim- to put the customer at the heart of what we do.

Operations & Franchise
Our Operations team has the greatest impact on our customers shopping experience. Within Operations you will be developing our in store capability to deliver high standards at every opportunity. Our operations teams are the glue between head office and stores to ensure the experience is seamless for customers and products are available when and where they want them.

Design
Our design teams taking inspiration from a variety of sources such from catwalks, social media and music for trend and product direction. Your role would be responsible for designing of the moment commercial ranges to stay one step ahead of our competitors, and give our customer a broad product offering alongside the must have items of the season. This is ideal for anyone with a passion for design, as you have the opportunity to make your mark with a leading global brand.

Ideal Candidate

- 300 UCAS points
- A 2:1 in any subject
