About The Job
Tesco Store: Cannock
Shift Pattern:
Sunday 9.00 - 13.00, Thursday 13.00 - 17.30, Friday 6.00 - 10.00, Saturday 6.00 - 10.00
Please note: We pay an additional premium for working through the night and in some stores we pay a premium for the location a store is in. We're making some changes to these premiums in July; should you be invited to interview we'll let you know what these changes are and how they will affect the rate of pay for this vacancy.
Main Responsibilities
Delivering training for colleagues working within the checkout area, liaising with the Checkout Manager to ensure they have the capability to deliver above and beyond in their role.
Ensuring the right resource is available at the right time, so the customers have the have the right number and type of tills available.
Show your colleagues how to enjoy interacting with customers by role modelling great service.
Have the knowledge of the departments KPI's and delivering the practical actions required to achieve these.
Delivering relevant Store Change Plan updates to your colleagues, ensuring individuals understand the value they bring to achieving improvements.
Supporting my managers to co-ordinate seasonal, community and charity events to create a great inclusive atmosphere.
