About The Job
TEAM MEMBER, HASTINGS, 7.20/hr
We have a new Team Member jobs in our NEW Hasting Cafe! We have both full and part time hours available - come and join us as this exciting time! Work flexibly in our Cafe and help us by having a genuine smile on your face when your guests are having a quick bite to eat or enjoying a lovely cup of tea or coffee.
RECRUITMENT DAY: FRIDAY 3RD MARCH, 10AM-4PM.

Main Responsibilities
· Work as part of a Cafe team to deliver guest service that is worth recommending!
· Know your Cafe Menu Does the dish look right for the guest?
· Upsell our delightful extras Do you want marshmallows with your Hot Chocolate?
· Encourage guests to give feedback on you and your Cafe
· Always help to make sure your Cafe stays clean, safe & legal
Ideal Candidate
· Some practical experience working in Cafes, Quick Service Restaurants, Food Service, Pubs or similar
· Understanding of what makes great guest service & be passionate about it
· Should have a warm & friendly personality
· Be great at multi-tasking & love the buzz of working in a Cafe
· Have a positive attitude
