About The Job

I support the Merchandising teams within the GM Function to deliver accurate WSSI forecasts and Budgets, supported by relevant documentation, within the business agreed timelines.

Main Responsibilities

Managing and updating the Actuals weekly for the Exec WSSIs
- Supporting the periodic WSSI roll-up process, including the checking and production of all required paperwork
- Provide commentary around the WSSI submit, highlighting any changes to Forecast and risk to Budget
- Supporting the Budget process end-to-end, and the loading of Budgets into RPAS
- Checking RPAS data after Hierarchy Rebuilds, and supporting the updating of all related documentation
- Checking RPAS data after any System changes, and supporting the updating off all related documentation

- Being the 'go-to' person for the Commercial teams for an queries relating to RPAS (WSSI and Line Flow)
- Logging, tracking and escalating (when necessary), all RPAS issues and follow-up resolution progress
- Supporting my Line Manager in updating Training Material for RPAS Systems, where relevant
- Prepare ad-hoc reporting from RPAS, when needed by my Line Manager and the GM Central Team

- Following our Business Code of Conduct and always acting with integrity and due diligence
- Understanding how the Central Team impact the business and their role within GM
- Deputising for my Line Manager when necessary

Ideal Candidate

Data analysis, numeracy and report preparation
-MS Office (esp. Excel; Access is desirable)
-Merchandising systems within Tesco
-Communication skills
-Organisation skills (including time management)

-Commercial merchandising experience
-Use of RPAS Systems - WSSI & Line Flow
-Appreciation of the Budgeting Process
