Role: Customer Service Representative - Credit Cards

Location: Edinburgh

Salary: £16,990 - £20,000 plus benefits

Hours: Working 36 hours per week

Shift Pattern: Various shift patterns available between the operational hours 7am - 11pm Monday - Sunday & flexibility is required

The Job Is:

  • You will work across the wide range of Tesco Banking products, utilising systems and controls to effectively identify potential Fraud and/or Money Laundering risks.
  • You will carry out Investigations identified through client screening and alert monitoring. This can involve Originations or Open account processes using your existing skills and knowledge, combined with those supplied by Tesco Bank, to ensure that investigations are carried out in a timely manner and with minimal or no impact on customers.
  • You will ensure all internal/external customer contact is carried out in line with the Tesco Values.
