Job description

Site Engineer/ Project Engineer to assure Execution and Supervision of project and comply with necessary quality & Safety parameters as per set guidelines.

Critical roles and responsibilities are: -

•  Should be able to handle site supervision efficiently.

•  Taking the responsibility to take adequate steps towards Health and Safety at site, conduct TOOL BOX Trainings.

•  Can supervise casting and erection activities at site.

•  Should have knowledge and understanding about the drawings and work activity at site.

•  Should have good communication skills to interact with clients and should be able to follow up with various groups/clients for payments.

•  BOQ preparation, analysing and interpreting construction drawings.

•  Maintaining records of site activities.

•  Reporting about daily work to the manager.

•  Handling site liaison activities independently, managing inventory and material stocks.

Desired profile

Reporting to the Construction Manager.

•     Candidate must be open to travel to various sites, and open to mobility, as per organisation requirements.

•   Qualified as Diploma /B.E. | B Tech Civil

•   Can supervise casting and erection activities at site.

•   Take adequate steps towards Health and Safety at site, conduct TOOL BOX Trainings.

•   Must display good communication skill with clarity and transparency

•     Coordinate with clients and should be able to follow up with various groups/clients for payments.

•   Should be able to read and interpret construction drawing.

•   Maintain and report various site records like inventory and material, BOQ, DPR, MPR

etc

•   03-12 years of relevant experience in Retaining Wall Execution and Supervision
