Today, TerraCycle France offers 4-6 month internship starting from August or September 2016. These are based in Perivale, London. TerraCycle offers a unique opportunity for incredible growth and innovative work. We are looking for people who are dependable, enthusiastic and professional to join us. Open to undergraduates with a strong interest in green business, eco-capitalism, upcycling, recycling or social entrepreneurship.

Internship tasks

Customer Service
• Support with customer service (web based and over the phone)
• Processing orders of cardboards and collection boxes
Community Management
• Gain experience in planning and implementing social media strategies for Facebook and Instagram
• Drive customer retention through great service and focused customer engagement
Marketing Project Management
• Support the creation and adaptation of marketing materials such as posters, newsletters, emailing, videos, etc.
• Support as needed on any kind of project related to the activity of TerraCycle in France

Desired profile

Candidate Requirements
• French native speaker and intermediate in English
• Studying for a Communications / Marketing related degree (BAC +3 min.)
• Strong aptitude for communications and a good understanding of the internet and social media
• Methodical with a good level of attention to detail
• Enthusiastic team player and positive attitude, able to integrate in our small team in London as well as with a virtual team in the US
• Interest in environmental issues
