Templine are one of the UK’S leading recruitment agencies with over 30 locations nationwide. We are recruiting Warehouse Operatives in Kettering for a large distribution centre that services one of the UK best known retailers.

Successful candidates will be expected to complete a variety of tasks within this role which include order picking, packing, wrapping, un-loading products and stock moves. This working environment is fast paced and can be physically demanding at times.

The ideal candidate will have previous warehousing experience, however this is not essential as full training is provided as long as you have good communication skills, an eye for detail and a can do attitude.

The site is open 7 days a week and you will be expected to work on a rota covering any 5 days from 7, so weekend work will be part of the standard working week.

The following shift patterns are available:-

6am to 2pm and 2pm to 10pm - please note if you are on these shifts they rotate on a weekly basis. Overtime is avaialble at a higher rate of pay as is Bank holidays.

We are currently seeking order pickers to work for our client based in Woodlands. Duties will include order picking in a target driven environment using a LLOP and Voice system.

Full training will be given however experience is very advantageous.
