Templine are one of the UK’S leading recruitment agencies with over 30 locations nationwide. We are looking to recruit over the next coming weeks going into our peak period for Warehouse Operatives in Lutterworth for a large distribution centre that services one of the UK best known retailers.

Successful candidates will be expected to complete a variety of tasks within this role which include order picking via voice picking, packing, wrapping, un-loading products and stock moves. This working environment is fast paced and can be physically demanding at times.

The ideal candidate will have previous warehousing experience, however this is not essential as full training is provided as long as you have good communication skills, an eye for detail and a can do attitude.

The site is open 7 days a week and you will be expected to work on a rota covering any 5 days from 7, so weekend work will be part of the standard working week.

The following shift patterns are available:-

6am to 2pm, 2pm to 10pm and 10pm to 6am on nights.

Following a successful interview we will be inviting candidates for a full site induction which takes approx 3 hours. Once you have been inducted we will look to get you started as soon as possible.
