TaylorMade adidas Golf are looking for an Operations Coordinator to join our operations team based from our European head office in Basingstoke. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to join a world leader within the golf industry.
The ideal candidate will be highly organised with strong attention to detail and be confident using the Microsoft office programmes in particular excel.
We will consider candidates from a variety of backgrounds including recent graduates with proven customer service or administration skills.
The role will be based within a small operations team however will work closely with other departments in the business, in particular our sales & service department so good communication skills are essential for this role.
The operations coordinator will be responsible for providing operational support to include:
- Arranging and monitoring of palletized shipments to customer both in the UK and Europe
- Supporting the tour department on their shipments for tour events and players
- Working with warehouses for arranging the collection of shipments within the agreed SLA
- Investigate and problem solve delivery issues and advise customer service
The role will also require the support of cresting and logos to include:
- Full control and ownership of maintaining workflow of Cresting and Logo orders throughout the process.
- Maintain Cresting and Logo SLAs and report accurately on the current status of orders in progress. Maintain and communicate the Cresting and Logo order book and find alternative solutions for any backorders
