Wat ga je doen?During your Program you will support the local Sales teams within Light Gauge Germany / Benelux in regards of customer orders, contract agreements, customer complaints and delivery performance. For this you will stay in close cooperation with Supply Chain regarding product availability, specifications and stock. Developing a network to the hubs in IJmuiden and the UK to work on strategic projects will be another exciting task, e.g. the support of introduction of TS 16949 or the implementation of a Strategic Account Management. Herken jij jezelf hierin?· You are a Bachelor in Economics, Business Administration or Management of Technology and have achieved first practical experiences in Sales, Marketing and Projectmanagement. · Your passion is the technical manufacturing, steel- or automotive industry. · You are a persuasive teamplayer who has good presentation and communication skills. Considering our international background you are interculturally open minded and have a perfect command of English, German and/or Dutch. · Besides you are willing to travel within our sites in Europe. You will get the opportunity to get to know an international network (Germany/Benelux, France, Spain, Scandinavia) and to be coached by a mentor regarding your personal and skillset development. To improve your experiences and knowledge you will also participate in the Graduate Training in Ijmuiden.
