Job description

Business Analyst required by my fast growing and dynamic Software as a Service (SaaS) client in London.

As the Business Analyst you will lead my client's business analyst activities and will be responsible for interfacing between the company's large corporate clients and internal Project and Development Managers on customer facing development projects

You will possess a good technical background and will be a strong bridge between both the technology and business sides of the organisation, communicating effectively and efficiently with both, working hand in hand with the development team. Standard Business Analyst responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: engaging client stakeholders, planning and facilitating client meetings/workshops, coordinating the development of quality deliverables, Business Requirements Documents/Functional requirements, Use Cases, Prototypes and Mock ups, and Interface designs.

You will have a bright, energetic and proactive attitude that is both persuasive and non-aggressive. You will be disciplined, organised and thorough in your approach and will be driven to continuously exceed the client's expectations.

Requirements:

* Strong Business Analyst (BA) experience (5+ years)
* Experience with Axure would be preferred, although other tools considered
* Experience of a Java software environment would be a distinct advantage
* Knowledge of JIRA would be an advantage
* Ability to communicates effectively with both the Technology and Business sides of the company, working closely with development teams
* Experience working in Waterfall and Agile methodologies, and in delivering projects to a very high standard
* Experience in an early stage company would be beneficial, as would knowledge of a structured process environment
* Analytical and strong problem solving skills combined with high level of attention to detail
* Bright, energetic and proactive team player, committed to overall company results and continually exceeding clients expectations
* Disciplined, organised and thorough; demonstrating tenacity, self-motivation and a persuasive, but not aggressive in approach
* Exceptional English verbal and written communications skills
