Trainee/Graduate Recruitment Consultants x 4

Location: Central London (Farringdon)

Basic Salary: £16,000 to £18,000 plus Macbook Air/iPhone, and laughter.

Earning potential (on target earnings):

1st Year OTE: £40,000+

2nd Year OTE: £75,000+

3rd Year onwards OTE: £100,000+

We are a rapidly expanding recruitment consultancy that is looking for enthusiastic Trainee/Graduate Recruitment Consultants to join us in our central London offices.

We are a relatively new company, however due to continued client traction (and our own brilliance!) we are looking to bring enthusiastic, ambitious trainees in to grow with the company.

We operate within the following industry sectors: IT, Media, Digital Communications. Your training will make you an expert in one of these areas.

The basic annual salary is from £16,000 to £18,000. With commission added, it is possible to earn up to £40,000 in the first year. Successful consultants can expect to be earning a 6 figure salary by their third year.

Each employee is given a Macbook Air and iPhone upon joining. Our offices are based in a cool part of town, in between Farringdon and Old Street, so dress code is relaxed/casual.

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant you will:

• Review candidates received from advertising/referrals

• Interview candidates (Be prepared to drink some serious coffee…)

• Obtain job requirements from clients

• Proactively source new clients

• Headhunt prospective candidates (eventually! Full training will be given)
