Syntegra Consulting Ltd is a leading privately owned energy consultancy and Building Services Design Consultancy in the UK. Set up in 2008 to provide Energy Performance Certification (EPC) and energy consultancy services to both residential and commercial sectors in response to the European Performance of Buildings Directive (EPBD).
Syntegra offer a combined solution in: Energy Certification, Sustainable Building Design Compliance and Energy efficient products.
As our business is continuing to expand we are looking to invest in new, dynamic talent to join our team as we believe the key to a successful business is down to dedicated and efficient employees.
Desired profile
The ideal candidate will be an engineering graduate or under graduate specialising in sustainable building design services and renewable technology. Compulsory skills to include experience and confidence using Autocad (ESSENTIAL), Google Sketch Up, Adobe and Microsoft Excel, Office and PowerPoint. Hevacomp/IES or equivalent (preferable). Understanding of BREEAM/CSH
Your accuracy, efficiency and good communication skills will help facilitate the smooth running of the projects you will be getting involved with. You must naturally be a self-starter and good networker. You must adopt an entrepreneurial attitude and ‘think outside the box’ at all times. Duties will include;
- Energy Audits
- Assisting with building services design (specifications and AutoCAD drawings)
- Feasibility Studies & Technical research reports
- Property development financial appraisals
[Must have FULL UK Driving License]
