Synadd is a start-up based in London, we're focused on unifying the online and in-store experience for retailers. We help retailers automate business decisions and processes through our software as a service platform. Our customers are small enterprises convenience stores and corporates such as the big 5 supermarkets.

Develop real-world knowledge of skills used to sell and market to C-level executives in retail. We’re a small team so every action you take will matter - you will own projects and make decisions. Additionally to your day-to-day, you will dive into the exciting tech scene of London and make connections with other startups as well as some of the world’s tech giants.

Desired profile

Responsibilities:
• Will be trained on, assist with and independently apply B2B sales techniques, such as inbound and outbound lead generation, stakeholder negotiations and closing deals
• Research, score and benchmark events and other opportunities within the retail industry
• Plan and execute event presence
• Monitor website and Social performance, manage new enquiries
• Communicate and present your work to internal executives
• Inform and challenge our strategy based on your own findings and customer feedback
• Generate leads via LinkedIn, direct, events, emails, phone

• Problem-solving, time-management, attention to detail & organisational abilities to work efficiently with clients
• A passion for innovation and technology; Intellectually curious about retail market fundamentals • An entrepreneurial mind: the drive, agility and flexibility to work in a rapidly evolving business - it is super exciting but it comes with challenges
• Previous experience in Sales, Advertising, Consulting, Analysis, Customer Service, Marketing, or related fields
• Comfortable using LinkedIn; experience for business purposes is a plus
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Self-starter able to take the initiative
• Highly focused & organised
• Passionate teammate
