We are on the hunt for enthusiastic and motivated people to come and sign up to Syft to work for some of the most high-end and prestigious companies in hospitality in London, in unique and innovative environments.

We are looking for part time hospitality staff (waiters, bar staff, kitchen staff etc.) with a genuine passion to deliver quality service and a flare for communication. You will need:

A positive attitude
A strong work ethic
Willingness to learn
To be able to adapt to working in different environments
Preferably experience working in a bar/restaurant/hotel but not required
Eligible to work in the UK, a National Insurance Number and a UK Bank Account.

Syft believes hard work and good performance should be rewarded. Therefore, job seekers are not only paid quicker than they would be by an agency, but also at a higher rate as they acquire new skills and higher ratings by employers. Minimum pay starts at £7.25 per hour and goes up to as much as £20 per hour depending on experience and skills.

Concerned about lack of experience? We provide free training days for those that require it to obtain the skills needed (due to high demand will only be available for first 100 successful applicants)
