We are currently expanding our business and looking to appoint a number of new consultants with retail store management or hospitality experience, ideally of graduate caliber. We will train you to become a successful recruitment consultant recruiting in the retail store operations, or hospitality & leisure space.

Switch Consulting is an entrepreneurial recruitment consultancy specialising in the retail sector. Established in late 2008, Switch Consulting has offices in London and Birmingham with a third office due to open internationally over the next few years. We recruit for a range of retail companies from Global FTSE 100 companies to SME’s.
This is a transformational year for Switch Consulting as we focus our efforts on growing the business to 50+ heads, part of our 2020 business strategy. To help us realise our vision, we are looking to appoint several new Consultants into our new London office. With our turnover up a significant 50% on last year, hitting new record months, month on month, you will be joining a very successful business.
The Role
As a Recruitment Consultant you will sell your expertise and recruitment services to both candidates and clients, building and developing business relationships that are mutually beneficial. You will manage the recruitment process from interview to offer stage and beyond. This includes sourcing and interviewing candidates, presenting quality candidates to clients, and negotiating salary packages and fee rates.
Recruitment is complex and challenging, it’s a role that offers plenty of variety and is people-focused, and it can be extremely rewarding both financially and in terms of career progression. It requires somebody that is motivated, driven and resilient that can build relationships and take responsibility for delivering results.
What we are looking for
·Ideally some retail or sales experience
·University Degree
·Tenacity & resilience
·Persuasion & influencing skills
·Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
Furthermore, you must be able to demonstrate that you can build strong relationships, have a good work ethic, commercial acumen and the drive to achieve goals.
