Business Consultant «ServiceNow» F/MZürich oder Bern 100%

You design solutions and supervise them from conception to implementation and operation. In addition, you adapt complex processes.

What you achieve

For our customers, you are the contact person for all questions regarding the implementation of "ServiceNow". You give them expert advice and recognize their needs. From this, you design and implement customer-specific solutions that inspire users. You accompany our customers throughout the entire value chain. With your sound experience in business and IT processes as well as in technology, you are a competent contact person for all stakeholders. As a member of a dynamic and ambitious team, you develop tomorrow's technologies and work on complex projects.

Why you succeed

Degree (ETH/Uni/UAS) in computer science or equivalent professional experience
Many years of professional experience in software development (SQL, Java, XML and web-based technologies) or application management
Several years of experience in solution design, analysis of processes and organizations, as well as implementation of ESM solutions (ServiceNow preferred or comparable to BMC Remedy or EasyVista)
Good knowledge of business processes of the IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) and mastery of IT System Management (ITSM)
Experience in project work and knowledge of agile development methods
Enthusiastic personality with excellent presentation and communication skills
Very good German and good English
