Web Software Engineer

Job description

We are looking for a talented and passionate Web Software Engineer to join our Agile team in Switzerland. You will be working with our engineers to manage the entire lifecycle of our Web based applications.

Your responsibilities

Be part of an Agile team managing an application portfolio
Develop functional new features writing clean code
Implement Unit and UI tests
Improvement and refactoring of existing features
Troubleshoot and debug to optimize performance
Participate actively to all Scrum events
Stay up-to-date with new technology trends

Profile

Bachelor or Master degree level or equivalent graduate in Information Technology
2+ years experience with any of the following technologies:

C# .NET
HTML, CSS, ASP.NET (Core) MVC
Javascript, Typescript, Angular, React or Vue.js
Bootstrap, Material Design, Webpack, Saas/ LESS
ASP.NET Rest API
SQL Server, Entity Framework

Knowledge on items below is an asset:

Automated testing and TDD
GIT
Azure DevOps/TFS or any other ALM-CI/CD tools
Agile frameworks / mindset
Skills and interest in UI/UX

Analytical skills with a good problem-solving attitude
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team
Service orientation, team worker, self-teaching and open-minded
Enjoyment, motivation and passion to develop solutions
Communication skills in an international environment
Languages: English fluently, French and any additional languages are an asset
