Job description

Based at our headquarters in Marin/Switzerland or remotely in Germany, you are part of our international Sales Team.

In this challenging role, you will be mainly responsible to:

Manage relationship with existing customer accounts in order to maximize short- and long-term revenue for EM
Establish and maintain relationships at all levels, including Engineering, Purchasing, Logistics, and Management
Orchestrate executive-level interaction between the customers and EM. Interact with customers’ executive suite
Develop new business in Europe across the complete EM product portfolio; Identify new use cases and applications for the EM products , formulate and execute effective sales/marketing plans to convert them into revenue
Execute the sales strategy for the existing business
Engage with eco-system partners to bring to the market complete solutions focusing on EM chips
Lead the commercial negotiations and drive the execution of development contracts with the different internal and external stakeholders (R&D, legal, quality and logistics)
Analyze the market and competitive landscape and feedback technical requirements for BU product development


Good knowledge of the German market, with particular focus on industrial and automotive segments
Strong network in the industry and proven track record in technology / microelectronics sales
“Hunter” attitude with strong closing skills
High sense of ownership and follow-through for all the business tasks
Good analytical skills and deep understanding of the semiconductor industry
Adaptable to different industry verticals
Independent and self-starter with ability to communicate with people at all levels
Strong work ethics and organization management skills to leverage and motivate eco-system partners

Professional requirements

Native German speaker
Senior sales professional with a strong technical background (BSEE), extensive semiconductor sales and sales management experience to cover Germany.
Proven track record of successfully selling direct to customers, and through reps & distribution channels
Bachelor/Master in Electrical/Electronic engineering
Several years proven sales track record in Semiconductor industry
Strong communication and networking skills
Minimum 50% travel domestically


Fluent in oral/written English language is a must
Any additional language (e.g. French) would be an asset
