FINANCIAL PLANNING ADMINISTRATOR

PERMANENT FULL TIME (35 HOURS PER WEEK)

BASIC SALARY UP TO £25,000.00 PER ANNUM + BONUS (BONUS UP TO 12% OF ANNUAL SALARY DETAILS AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST) DEPENDANT UPON EXPERIENCE

We have an opportunity to join our Banbury practice as a dedicated professional in an administrative capacity. Core Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for maintaining the adviser's workload using our back office system.

  • Prepare review packs consisting of valuations and fund fact sheets for clients on adviser`s behalf.

  • Processing and submitting business online.

  • Sorting and processing all post.

  • Obtain illustrations on request for clients.

    Desired Experience:

  • Ideally experience providing support in mortgages and protection.

  • A track record of ability to work compliantly.

  • Experience in processing business, putting together research, assisting with product selection.

  • Organised credible and knowledgeable.

  • Able to liaise with clients and third party providers in a professional and efficient manner.

  • Knowledge of suitability report writing will be beneficial to this role.
