Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Graduate, Sales, Resourcing,

£20,000 base + commission (Realistic OTE Y1 £35,000)

Location: Maidenhead

As Trainee Recruitment Consultant you will be fully trained and given all the essential tools with which to become a recruitment expert. You will be expected to use multiple candidate attraction techniques, screening and vetting of candidate suitability for each and every live vacancy, building your own personal network of contacts within your specialism and preparing candidates for interviews. You will also provide expert advice on your specialist market once you have been given the tools, training and exposure to do so.

You must be able to handle objections, think on your feet, confidently sell and have excellent negotiation skills.

The job requires someone who is determined, money-motivated and able to build rapport instantly with both clients and candidates alike. You must have exceptional communication skills (written and verbal), a professional telephone manner, ability to multi-task and the desire to leave no stone unturned in order to make the most of every opportunity to make commission. Organisational skills, the ability to listen and take on advice as well as asking questions is essential.

To get through the process you must demonstrate the ability to listen, construct an argument / sales pitch, present in front of a large group, handle objections in role-play scenarios and obviously demonstrate your ability to and passion for selling!
